Healthy recipes

 Ingredients:


Chicken

* 3lbs of chicken breast

* 2 packets of Baja Citrus McCormick

* 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

* 4 tbsp of white vinegar


Rice

* 2 cups of white rice


Fruit & Veggies

* 2 green bell peppers

* 1 white onion

* 1 fresh pineapple

* Skewers

Ingredients: 


Chicken 

  • 6 boneless chicken breast 
  • 1 pkt McCormick Honey Sriracha
  • Extra virgin olive oil  
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar  

Rice

  •  2 cups rice

 Asparagus  

  • 1 to 2 bunches of asparagus 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 

 Ingredients


• 1.5 lbs Sirloin tip thin

• 12oz scallops

• 2 large heads of broccoli

• 1.5 cups brown rice

• Extra virgin olive oil

• Minced garlic

• Red pepper flakes

• Peppercorn medley

• Garlic powder

• Coarse black pepper

• White sesame seed

• Salt to taste
